Extended holiday return period
Purchases made between November 14th 2023 and December 24th 2023 will be eligible for return until January 21st, provided the goods qualify for a return. This policy also applies to the date of delivery for online orders. For purchases made outside of this period, they are only eligible for our 30-day return policy only. Orders placed during the holiday period but delivered after January 1st will follow the regular return policy of 30 days past the delivery date.
What is the returns policy?
Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after the purchase of goods. For online orders, the 30-day period starts from the date of when the parcel was delivered to you. In-store, we can offer exchanges and store credits for eligible products. Online we can offer an exchange of size of the same product and store credits for eligible products. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
Earrings are unable to be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
Custom engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All orders can either be returned either in-store or online.
International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Alana Maria Jewellery is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Does my order qualify for a return?
- Items must be in their original condition
- Items must show no signs of wear, tear or damage
- Items returned by post must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- No individual item of an earring set can be returned for an exchange or store credit, it must be returned as a complete set

- All sale items
- All earrings
- Personalised products including custom-engraved pendants
- Bespoke jewellery pieces
- Online and hardcopy gift vouchers
How do I initiate a return?
If your items are eligible for a return, please find our returns portal here.
Please download and print out the returns label and packing slip for the pieces you wish to return. Customers are responsible for covering the flat rate shipping cost of $9.99 AUD for their returns, with the exception of faulty or incorrect items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I return my order in store?
For orders being returned in-store you will need to provide your personal details of the account in which the product was purchased under as well as the order number. Bring the item you are wanting to exchange for another piece or store credit into the store and our friendly staff will help you with the return. If you are returning a gifted piece, you will need either the order number or the name, email or phone number of the person who gifted the jewellery piece to you.

How do I return my order online?
For orders being returned online it will be sent back to our head office via Auspost. To initiate your return, you will need to enter your order number and email into our returns portal here. Return shipping fees are a flat rate of $9.99 AUD and are non-refundable. Customers returning faulty items or incorrect products online will not be charged a return shipping fee. Once the returns label is ready, please also download the packing slip on the return status page. Please include this when you are shipping back your pieces.
International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Alana Maria Jewellery is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
When will I receive my exchange or store credit from my online purchase?
Exchanges
We understand that after receiving your item you may want to exchange a product. Currently at this point in time we are only able to exchange necklaces, bracelets, anklets and rings for different sizes of the same product. We do not allow exchanges on any custom engraved pieces, bespoke pieces or earring products for hygiene reasons. Once you have initiated your exchange through our returns portal you will have to pay a flat shipping rate of $9.99 AUD which will generate a returns slip for you. Please note this fee is non-refundable. Please return your pieces in their original packaging with the packing slip printed which can be found on the returns status page. Once completed, you will receive email confirmation of the items you have exchanged for and will be sent out. This will be presented as a new order to our dispatch team and will follow our regular processing times which can be found here. All exchanges will be sent through AusPost standard shipping.
Store Credit
We understand that after receiving your item you may have a change of mind. Currently at this point in time we are able to offer store credit on all pieces excluding custom engraved pieces, bespoke pieces or earrings for hygiene reasons. Once you have initiated your store credit through our returns portal the flat shipping rate of $9.99 AUD will be absorbed in the total store credit amount you will receive. The portal will then generate a returns label for you. Please note this fee is non-refundable. Please return your pieces in their original packaging with the packing slip printed which can be found on the returns status page. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation of your store credit that can be used either in store or online immediately. This store credit will be valid for up to three years.
